With our coaching plan, you will learn in phase 1 what your customers really want. Without wasting a lot of time and money, you develop your idea into a product that brings paying customers from day one. In phase 2 we build your startup, including founding of the company, financing, team and marketing. You don't have to go through the entire coaching plan, we just go through the topics that are relevant to you.
HOW DOES IT WORK ?
The couching plan consists of 2 phases. In both phases you go through individual steps (eg, develop prototype and test prototype). In every step you build up important know-how and master tasks that advance your idea and your startup. Each step works like this:
1 workshop
We will teach you all the important basics and methods so that you can successfully complete the tasks in each step and improve your skills.
2. Execution
With the knowledge from the workshop, you will implement the tasks independently and advance your idea. If you don't know what to do next, we are always at your side.
3. Feedback
You show us how you solved the tasks. We give you feedback and bring in our own suggestions and ideas so that you always have a convincing result in the end.

Refined Idea
We put your idea to the test, define the target group, analyze the market and possible competitors, and work out the unique selling point and business planning.
Develop prototypes
We'll help you turn your idea into a simple prototype as quickly as possible to find out how real customers react to it.

Numbers don't lie. We test the prototype with your customers and measure how they like your idea.

PHASE 2

In phase 1, we demonstrated with the prototype that customers like your idea. It is now worthwhile to develop your idea into a market-ready product.
